mystill.co is a distillery production-logging and calculation tool. It records what you enter and derives figures (yields, costs, dilutions, excise estimates) from it using a physical model of ethanol-water behaviour.
Data you enter belongs to you. You can export it (CSV/JSON) at any time. If you cancel, you can export everything first; we delete on request.
Derived figures — including excise and duty estimates — are planning aids, not tax, legal or accounting advice. Verify anything you file with your own measurements and advisors. You are responsible for your regulatory compliance.
$49 USD/month after a 14-day free trial, or $441 USD/year (3 months free). Cancel any time; paid time already started is not refunded pro-rata. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Don't abuse the service (scraping, resale, attacking it, or unlawful use). One subscription covers one distillery and its team.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZUA LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We collect what you give us: your email, your production entries, and standard server logs. We use them to run the service and email you things you asked for (worked results, your records). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Infrastructure: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Delete-my-data requests: email us and we'll do it.
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to subscribers before they apply.
