Completely. Your recipes, runs, costs and stock levels belong to your distillery and are visible only to the people you invite. We never publish them, share them, sell them or fold them into anyone else's numbers. The botanical library is public reference material; what you do with it is yours.

Excise regimes are built in for Australia (ATO), the United States (TTB, in proof gallons), the United Kingdom (HMRC), Ireland, New Zealand and Canada, each with the reliefs that actually exist. Distilling somewhere else? Everything still works: you get metric units and set your own duty rate on the excise page.

Every rate is dated, editable and linked to the authority that sets it, and the app tells you when a rate may have moved. Duty is worked from your logged litres and ABV, not estimates. But figures here are planning aids, not tax advice: your excise office and your accountant have the last word.

The pot and column simulators run real vapour-liquid equilibrium, the same physics your still obeys, with no lookup-curve shortcuts that fall apart near the azeotrope. Every number is traceable to the model or to a run you logged. When the model can't know something, it says so instead of guessing.

Yes. Invite people from the Team page and tick the tasks each person picks up: a bottling hand gets dilution and the ledger, a storeman gets the pantry and deliveries, a distiller gets the still and the run log. Everyone signs in with their own email; whoever set the account up keeps the full checklist and hands out unlocks.

They're yours. Export your runs as JSON or CSV from your account page any time, subscribed or not. Cancel and your data sits untouched; come back and it's exactly where you left it.
